Twas The Week Before Christmas

I hope that everyone is doing well and that you are enjoying a nice and peaceful run-up to the holiday season.

Not much going on here in Littleton. We’ve done our Christmas shopping and shipping. The tree is up in the dining room, the lights are on the house (we’ve scaled back this year.) Everyone in our family seems to be in good health and good spirits. Things around the house are in good repair. The doggies are doing well. Trudy, Mom and Myself are just relaxing at home, engaging in sporadic acts of gluttony and enjoying doing much of nothing.

I don’t expect to be overly engaged with the blog or photography or anything else that might be considered productive in the next week or two. I have a few meet-ups scheduled with friends and family before the new year. Small, private affairs. I’ll do my regular Facebook stuff, but there isn’t really a lot to talk about right now. I’m just glad that my family and I have made it through this second year of the COVID pandemic intact.

We don’t normally send out Christmas cards. I sorta create a universal holiday greeting on my web site and in my public posts. So this is it for this year. No matter what your religion, sex, color, nationality, age or political leaning, I’d like to wish you one of the following in sincerity.

Happy Christmas

Happy Festivus

Happy Kwanza

Happy Hanukkah

Happy New Year

Happy Birthday

Happy Life

Happy Anniversary

Happy Happy Joy Joy

May the forces of evil become confused on the way to your home.
