Mt. Blue Sky (formerly known as Mt. Evans) has been closed for the year and won’t reopen until 2026 due to road repairs.
I haven’t been up the mountain in a few years, it’s become too crowded and besides, I have around 10,000 mountain goat photos already, so I don’t see the point in taking more shots these days. But, I have made a few good mountain goat photographs over the years. This shot won a best shot of the year in a photo contest several years ago.
