Scenes From Dinosaur National Monument

My most recent photography trip to Northwestern Colorado had two main purposes. First to photograph wild horses at Sandwash Basin and second, to take photos in Dinosaur National Monument. Both locations were fairly close to one another so it was a perfect opportunity to get two birds with one stone.

I wasn’t able to fully explore Dinosaur, as there are three main routes into the National Monument and we only managed to travel two of them. I see a return trip in my future to finish up my work there, but I did manage to get enough usable material, some of which I’ll share with you here.

A very interesting and photogenic part of Colorado. I can’t believe that I’ve ignored this location in the past.
