Moose Be Done

I’ve finished up my primary moose photography for 2021.

A challenging year with lots of lost habitat, flash floods and closed roads. I didn’t let it deter me though. I managed a last moose photography fling earlier this week.

Here are a few of my final moose photographs of the year.  Enjoy.

Deformed antler bull hanging out with a big boy, eating willows.

This young bull has deformed antlers, which was probably the result of an injury. The cow near him did not like him hanging around and she made her displeasure of his presence known.

Part of a group of seven moose hanging out in the same spot.

Itchy bull, on the verge of losing his velvet. He seems excited about something.
