Due to the costs of setting up, planning, hosting, providing transportation and managing/coordinating resources for my workshops, I have established the following policies regarding cancellations.

 

For multi-day workshops.

 

In most cases a minimum 35% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot, with full balance due within 60 days of the workshop. All deposits apply towards final balance.  Workshops costing over $1,000 will typically requires a 50% down and balance due by cutoff date.

 

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations if the spot can be filled and notice is given to me before the cutoff date.

 

Full Refunds if session cancelled by Gray Photography.

 

Within 60 days of the workshop, no refunds will be issued. It may be possible to reschedule to a different date if spots are available. No promises.

 

 

For single day workshops and private photo tours.

 

Full Refunds within 2 business days of booking only for all one day workshops.

 

No Refunds after 2 days.

 

Workshops and Training Sessions may be rescheduled to a different time/day depending on my schedule.

 

Credit towards other workshops if cancellation is made after two days, depending on availability.

 

Pre-purchased Training and Gift Certificates are valid for 6 months after date of purchase.

 

Deposits are non-refundable but do apply towards final costs.
